Aspire Worldwide will handle everything from the beginning to the end to ease the process of recruiting international candidates. We will select the right candidate, prepare the documents required for the candidate’s visa and help the candidate in relocating in the U.S.A.
Our step-by-step process is as follow:

Understand the needs and expectations of the Company
Identify the ideal candidate’s profile
Start the search assignment through the network of our partner’s offices around the world
Screen and assess applicants via interviews overseas and with our US office and send you our selection of resumes
Set up phone interviews between the Employer and the selected Candidates
Issue the necessary document for the J-1 Visa (DS-2019)
Help the Candidate in relocating in the U.S.A.
